Yes. Once you share your medical reports, we will obtain detailed cost estimates from our partner hospitals and present them to you — with no obligation — before you make any decisions.

Hospitals accept wire transfers (SWIFT), credit/debit cards, and in some cases international insurance. We will guide you on payment methods and timing. We do not collect any medical fees on behalf of hospitals.

No. We are a patient facilitation and coordination company. All medical decisions and procedures are performed by qualified, licensed physicians at accredited Indian hospitals. We act as your trusted navigator throughout the process.

All partner hospitals are accredited (NABH, JCI, or equivalent), have a proven track record with international patients, and are audited by our medical team periodically. We do not partner with any facility that does not meet our quality standards.

Absolutely. We will present options based on your condition and budget, but the final decision is always yours. If you already have a specific hospital or doctor in mind, we can facilitate that too.

Most senior doctors at our partner hospitals are fluent in English. For other languages (Arabic, French, Swahili, etc.), we can arrange professional medical interpreters.

Most international patients require a Medical Visa (e-MedVisa or stamped Medical Visa). VIVIDA Medtour provides a hospital invitation letter and guidance on the application process. Your country's Indian embassy or consulate will issue the visa.

Yes. Indian medical visas allow up to two attendants on a Medical Attendant Visa (MX or e-MedAttendant). We will assist with documentation for your accompanying family member as well.

We provide guidance on suitable airports, airlines, and connections, and can recommend travel agents familiar with medical tourism requirements. Direct booking is up to you or your travel agent.

Our ground team or a trusted partner will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your accommodation or directly to the hospital. You will receive a local SIM card and a coordinator's contact number before you travel.
